            We had tried unsuccessfully to sell our townhome for six months with another agent.  Mike found us a buyer in six weeks…and for 98.6% of the asking price in a severely depressed market.  Plus Mike negotiated in favorable contingency terms on the sale to protect our interest. Amazing!
